1860s Brooklyn New York Girls (Cousins) Holding Dolls, Tinted Dresses, ID'd taxidermist and as you can seeOriginal 1860s CDV of two little girls in tinted red and blue dresses, both holding dolls. On the back they are identified by first name "Hope? & Bertha, Cousins. In 1889 28 & 29 yrs old". So somebody came along in 1889 and wrote that note, which means the girls were probably born about 1860. I don't know their last names but Walker was the surname mainly associated with this album this photo was originally inside of. CDV is a bit cropped, otherwise
