It smells sweet and earthy and very attractive

Thankfully some genuine warmth arrived towards the end of summer flowing into a gentle and generally sunny autumn

On the palate, a core of red berry flavors emerges with excellent acidity after a subdued start. Over time, the texture reveals juicy plums, confit cranberries, black spices, and subtle peat, leading to a savory finish with a slate like elegance that lingers.
