These are the double panel knobs that were used on the TEAC A3300 Teac A3340s and other machines in the TEAC
This was from the M-3700 its a well made board as before Teac boards were less modern so you can understand why these mixers were a lot of money there is an A and B variant the B is bigger and listed on its own
I have somewhere the right one but if I remember it had been security marked or something from a long time before can sling in if find it
simple spare but if you are trying to restore a unit you need these
