Unsealed.. underside of the glass badly needs to be cleaned.. it appears all of the spots are actually on the glass, not on the plate. I don't see any obvious damage.. some light tarnish spots and possibly some light vertical scratches on the right side background, but I guess they might be buff marks.. I'd have to take it apart to tell positively. I seem to recall the label was still inside of
