being ultra picky i see a pin prick scrape under the EQ side but otherwise its a  avery good panel

I am not sure if its the same as the M-3700 as to me they are similar just they added automation to the later model

Head block assembly for the Teac A3440 and many many others there are some variants so the best way is to look at how the holes are to find the one you want here is 2 holes at a slight angle punched in the main frame
