The wording on the sign is hard to read but my best guess is something like, "Z. Zelic Furniture and Wall Paper". The girl has miniature chairs in her hair and on her shoulders; her dress is decorated with curtain? rings, and I'm pretty sure her actually dress was made out of wallpaper. Cabinet card
