Romero Amber Rum Dessert WIne and the community of like-mindedRomero Distilling Company Ltd. is a family owned and operated luxury rum distillery based in Calgary, AB. They began distilling in 2018 and have quickly grown to be the largest rum distillery in Canada making rum from scratch. The Amber Rum starts with glacier fed water from the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rockies. Canadian made copper pot stills are used to create this unique rum before resting in fresh ex bourbon barrels from Woodford Reserve.
