The presentation box and bottle label are made with discarded meadow cuttings and the whisky was matured ex sherry and ex bourbon casks. This has imparted aromas of honeysuckle, coconut and citrus peel on the nose, leading to notes of almond, honeydew melon and green tea on the palate.
