2022 Gaja Ca'Marcanda Promis Toscana IGT 750ml Oregon succulent tannins engulf alongside oakA blend of 55% Merlot, 35% Syrah and 10% Sangiovese. The Promis is sourced from vineyards across Bolgheri and Bibbona with the majority in Bibbona on only dark soils rich in clay. The three varieties are fermented separately over 2 to 3 weeks. All varieties retain approximately 15 20% whole bunch in the ferment and are then aged in a mixture of Tonneau and Barrique for 12 months.
