I made it for The Mermaid Festival in San Marcos, Texas in 2021 and its become a best seller. It was important to not make a typical mermaid piece so I wanted to make something featuring the sea and not just a singular mermaid. Its a party and full of joy. Magazine cutouts, gold leaf, and textured paper.
