2015 Noon Winery Reserve Shiraz 750ml White Wine We use approximately 30-40% newProducer tasting notes: "Produced from Langhorne Creek Shiraz from the Borrett family 20 Rows block. The wine is deep in colour, with aromas of beef stock, soy sauce and molasses. The palate is full bodied but round, with firm tannins providing a lovely balance and a long finish. Very nice to drink now or can be cellared for IO years or more. Try it with a slow cooked Corsican beef stew nith pasta and grated pecorino cheese." Noon Winery Winemaking
