Lee lived in Redlands, CA, where his house still stands. You can find more info on him on The Redlands Area Historical Society website, under Resources Biographies. He is not identified on this tintype but I'm 100% sure it's Lee, because at one time I had quite a few interesting photos of him that I purchased along with this tintype, and several were identified.
