This is fingering sock weight yarn; a fine, strong four ply base. These were kettle dyed with washes of red, fuchsia, coppery brown and navy blue with the yarn crowded in the pot so its mottled and variegated. Finally, they were glazed in a big twist with a dark blue black wash. I used the same colours as Bluebeard at Night but a totally different method. Note that these hanks share
