This is the whole assembly that sits under the headblock

Simple cover with screw thread and 6mm hole quite rare but some slight furring on the im so needs  a buff price reflects this

These things were plated well probably BZP yellow or maybe a cadmium based plating as they have mostly survived well but I do get asked one or two so have listed them on ther own I believe they was in most of the A-XXXX series

S1132 back has like a triangle I guess for strain relief

some have printed circuit details inside some have additional inserts
