Vintage Duke Felt Flag Pennant Size:4" x 9" Minimal wear to pile:: Vintage Duke felt flag pennant circa 1940s. Duke is an American University located in Durham, North Carolina. On the left of the flag is the school's crest which shows imagery of a cross in front of a rising or setting sun encircled by the words "Sigillum Universitatis Dukensis Frudilio et Religio".
