2020 Heng Tong Hao "Ban Zhang Tribute" Ripe Pu-erh Tea Cake Pure Assamica Vintage: Spring 2020 materialThis is a premium Heng Tong Hao production made from a blend of ripes harvested from Xin Ban Zhang and Zhang Jia San Dui in 2019. The tea was wet piled in Menghai and then pressed in 2020. This is a potent and lively tea with plenty of bitterness and bite, with a sweet hui gan. It's thick and dark, with a very viscous tea soup.
