2022 Moorilla Praxis Pinot Noir 750ml Armand de Brignac it's a wine not toHewing closer to the serious end of the pinot noir spectrum than wed normally see (thanks to a very low yielding vintage), the nose is all luscious red fruitstrawberries, rhubarb, redcurrants and maraschino cherrieswhile the palate brings in some more savoury, peppery notes and some earthy, dusty tannins. Enjoyably complex, itll pair beautifully with a winter vegetable ratatouille.
