1/6 Daguerreotype Man & His Wife in Mourning Dress Photo 1850s 1800s family The paper is heavy6th plate daguerreotype, man and his wife, who appears to be wearing a mourning dress, brooch, and lace gloves. The dag is unsealed and comes in half of a case. Condition appears to be excellent.. there are a few bubbles in the cover glass, some fuzz stuck to the underside, and some very light scratches on the outside of the cover glass, but I do no see any abrasions or damage to the image.
