It's in two parts that can be combined into one so it can be worn either as a necklace or as two bracelets. One of the parts comprises 13 hearts, with tulip centres, and set with old mine and rose cut diamonds; while the other is made up of articulated bar links punctuated by bezel set rose cut diamonds. When worn as a necklace, the graduated hearts will naturally
