Palaciego Reserva 2013 wine Black mature fruit with touchesGrape variety: Tempranillo 100%. Alcohol content: 13,5% vol. Elaboration: The fruit is collected in 15 kilo boxes by specialized personnel from a selection of old vineyards. Cold maceration for several days. After alcoholic fermentation the wine passes into barrels where the malolactic fermentation finishes. It is racked and will remain in French and American oak barrels during 20 months. Then at least 24 months in bottle to finish its refinement.
