Vino, this Chardonnay is crafted with hand picked fruit that is cold pressed as whole bunches. The grapes are sourced from three Margaret River vineyards located in Willyabrup, Metricup, and Treeton, featuring a blend of 90% Gin Gin and 10% Clone 3. Fermentation and maturation take place in barriques (5% new), with partial malolactic fermentation and fortnightly lees stirring before blending and bottling.
