Disc brake axle adapter - rear (gravel) wheel Passista and Chrono (rim brake)Converts the rear hub axle of our gravel hubs to suit the standard used by your frame. Note: all other disc brake hubs will not be compatible with these adapters and cannot be converted to different axle standards.
