its a common problems but this is a rare flap so have listed anyway as I see many of these with no doors at all
sometimes people do not put a bit of light oil on the shafts so the bearings get worn and effect the wow and flutter figures
I took these off and sent my heads away for a relap but they have to be sent together as they are carefully set with washers to the correct height to get the tape to travel across the heads correctly so after factory set up they should not need ever taking off
the main lcd is smashed which seems common
so I have listed this separately
