It is hands down, one of my very favorites of the early Oscar designs. It is so bright and colorful that you can't help but smile in it. It is literally like wearing a rainbow. The cut is extremely sexy with that barely there coverage at the top and yet it still manages to have an innocent, girl next door feel to it. It is made from heavy linen that is striped with a rainbow
