From there it wraps around to the back and then dramatically drapes to the floor in a side train-like fashion that is extreme and utterly fabulous

The panels are all pieced and hand placed to create a tubular feel till the skirt which floats out at the bottom

It is hard to tell from how she is holding the dress but I think ours may have a touch more flare through the skirt
