40’s Brown Straw Half Hat festival rocker goth Pre 1994 organized serial numberStyled as a half hat with the asymmetrical front. Left side holds a wide grosgrain ribbon, front holds a wide fold that creates a front point. Along the front is a narrow grosgrain ribbon that covered a plastic tension band for placement security. There are some condition issues. The wide ribbon bow has a bit of fading and the center ornament is missing. This is an easy fix for someone handy with millinery. No label. Measuring on the inside, side to
