It features a wonderful diamond shaped knit pattern across both pieces. The top was cut in a classic collarless short sleeve silhouette and lovely longer length and is tightly fitted to the wearers body. A small metal supper at the back of the neck facilitates access, as is common with late 1930s pieces, and there would originally have been a low slung belt
