Beautiful skirt that could land right at the knee depending on height. Muted tropical floral print on a dark blue background. One button waist on the side. Elastic in back is stretched and may possibly need to be replaced. You could also wear it with a belt if loose. It even still has the original owners name on the tag. Measurements
