70’s Sheer Striped Floral Blouse by Helene St Marie ivory linen blazer including top handleLate 70's early 80's sheer blouse by Helene St Marie. The fabric is a beige sheer polyester with opaque shimmery stripes. The print is little brown and white flowers (with tiny blue spots) and green stems and leaves. A romantic, transitional style of it's time, it's slightly fitted and there are no shoulder pads. Has a Victorian look to it and was probably deemed "career wear". The high neck and cuffs are pleated with button and loop closures. Bodice
