It has been extensively adorned with swirly black ribbon soutache across the lower portion of the coat and sleeves. Fourteen petite glass buttons with a sailboat motive can be found from the neckline all the way to the hem. There is a slight puff to the shoulders and small slits at the neckline which would accommodate a small decorative scarf or double button collar
