70s Burgundy Wine Mini Dress Ivory Bodice Puff Sleeve Square Neck Empire Waist Small sea-aire Shoulder to Shoulder: 41"70s two tone dress with an ivory upper bodice and burgundy gathered skirt, joined at a cinched empire style waistband. Square neckline framed by floral lace embroidery panels at the yoke and along the waistband. Flutter puff sleeves with wide openings, and a tie back closure at the waist in matching wine colored fabric. Condition: Very good vintage with light general wear.
