40’s White And Blue Netted Tilt Hat by New York Creations wristlet clutch you can see lining through1940's white straw ruffled tilt hat. Body is an oval ivory twill fabric trimmed in 2 layers of stiffened white straw ruffles. In between each ruffle is 3 navy bows and a 4th one on the crown. Attached at the crown and on the sides is a thick navy blue netting that falls to the back. Interior is finished with a thin ivory fabric along with the standard petersham ribbon. There is an elastic placement band attached. Label is the New York Creations along
