It is tagged as a "registered Gloria dress" but though I have seen this label before I cannot not find any firm information on it

It is lovely and highly collectible

though if you wanted it to be even fuller you easily could add one underneath and get a very full and voluminous look

It's twin walked the runway for look 14. It is very light in weight and has beautiful movement. The back is so striking with its open cut out and black ribbon trailing over that.
